MakerspaceAre you new to computers or looking to build your digital confidence? Join us for Computers Made Easy: The Basics, a friendly and hands-on introduction to using a computer.
This class is designed for adults who want to learn essential computer skills in a supportive, no-pressure environment. We’ll cover topics such as:
- How to use a mouse and keyboard
- Navigating the desktop and basic programs
- Creating and saving files
No prior experience is necessary — just a willingness to learn! Whether you’re looking to stay connected, find a job, or simply feel more comfortable with technology, this class is a great place to start.
All materials are provided. Free and open to the public. Space is limited, so registration is encouraged.

Located in southeast Las Vegas, the Whitney Library opened in June 1994 with notable architectural design by Holmes Sabatini. This 24,500-square-foot library houses 57,500 volumes and features a 198-seat concert hall.
