Medicare is confusing and difficult to understand. If you are eligible for Medicare, please join a benefits counselor from the Nevada Medicare Assistance Program (M.A.P.) for unbiased information. The benefits counselor will provide an overview of Medicare and discuss eligibility and options, Medicare costs, programs that can assist with costs, transitioning from Medicaid to Medicare, and how to detect, prevent and report Medicare abuse, errors and fraud.
Free and open to the public. Seating is on first-come, first-serve basis and may be limited. For more information, call 702.507.6021.
This program is supported by the Administration for Community Living (ACL), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $1,108,172.12 with 100 percent funding by ACL/HHS and the Nevada Department of Human Services (DHS).
