Miguel Peña—Artistic Director of Ballet Folklorico del Rio Grande, and 2023 Othli Award recipient—is bringing his world-class expertise to our community.
From choreographing for icons like Aida Cuevas and Los Tigres del Norte to showcasing work at the Kennedy Center, Miguel is a leading force in the dance world. Now, he’s sharing his passion with you in a high-energy, welcoming environment.
All levels are welcome! Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned dancer, these workshops are designed for everyone to enjoy.
Free and open to the public, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Sunrise Library, a 22,900-square-foot building, is located on the east side of the Las Vegas Valley near Sunrise Mountain and close to Nellis Air Force Base. Serving its many residents since October 1987, this library features 53,500 volumes and serves a dense student population with several schools within its service area.
