Longevity is a field of medicine which tells us how to live longer and healthier. Its main goal is to help prolong the lifespan and ensure we live active, productive, and healthy lives as we age.
How exactly do we define longevity? What simple changes to your lifestyle can you make to live beyond your life expectancy? Join Dr. DuWayne Steele, OMD, CFMP for this presentation and discover strategies for better aging to include three longevity protocols designed with science-backed solutions for aging gracefully.
Topics include:
• Nutrients that decline in our body as we age and the importance of supplementing them.
• How aging affects your immune system and how to reverse immunosenescence naturally.
• The science behind caloric restriction and its anti-aging effects. And how to get these benefits with nutrients instead of starvation.
• How to avoid or reduce the impact of age-related conditions such as joint pain, inflammation, high blood pressure, stroke, cardiovascular disease, colds & flu (and even COVID), cancer, muscle loss, and even cognitive decline & Alzheimer's disease.
Q & A will be offered at the end of the program.
