We’ll discuss how the 988 Lifeline works, what individuals can expect when they call, text, or chat, and the importance of suicide prevention and mental health support within our communities.
Attendees will also learn about Nevada’s growing crisis continuum and the collaborative efforts that are helping to expand access to care and support across the state.
Three 40-minutes sessions will be offered (10:30am/12:00pm/1:30pm), so choose the one that works best for you!

One of the Library District’s largest branches at 122,000-square-feet, the Sahara West Library opened in January 1997 under the architectural design of Meyer, Scherer & Rockcastle, Ltd of Minneapolis and local architectural firm, Tate & Snyder. This location serves residents with its 159,000 volumes, has two art galleries, and features an EmployNV Business Hub, which provides resources for employers to recover and grow their businesses.
