Have you ever been interested in the art of origami and how it's done? This program will have a ton of templates you can follow to create some of your favorite animal friends with just paper! This free program is for children of all ages; a library card is not required to attend. Supplies are limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis. The West Las Vegas Library opened to the Historic Westside Neighborhood on D Street in 1973 before moving to its current location on Lake Mead Boulevard in January 1989. In addition to offering a 298-seat theater, the African American Special Collection, and a state-of-the-art robot lab, this 38,900-square-foot library houses 27,700 volumes and has become a prominent part of the community.
