Musical Tribute to the United States rich musical history!
Join us in commemorating the 250th anniversary of the United States of America with an inspiring and foot-tapping musical tribute presented by the Pentagogical Brass Quintet.
Formed in 2012 by trumpeter Karen Polak, the Pentagogical Brass Quintet is made up of local music educators whose passion for teaching is matched by their love of performance. The group’s name combines penta, meaning “five,” and pedagogue, meaning “teacher,” reflecting both their ensemble size and educational roots.
Alongside Ms. Polak on trumpet, the quintet features John Diaz on trumpet, Matthew Keenan on French horn, David Phy on trombone, and David Haile on bass trombone. Together, they bring audiences an energetic and patriotic program celebrating America’s rich musical heritage.
Free and open to the public. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited. For more information, please call 702.507.4017
