AuditoriumA live, narrated piano concert connecting world folklore, myth, and modern legend.
From ancient cathedrals beneath the sea, to a remote village visited by Faust and Mephistopheles, to a textile mill in South Carolina, and finally to the sweeping cinematic worlds of Ennio Morricone. Each work is introduced with a short story that illuminates its inspiration and emotional landscape.

Dr. Alexandria Le is a concert pianist, educator, and community arts leader based in Las Vegas. She is
a Yamaha Artist, Artistic Director of the ?RDA Performs? concert series at the Rita Deanin Abbey Art
Museum, and President & Artistic Director of Notes with a Purpose, a music nonprofit dedicated to
community impact. She has performed at major venues including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and
Paris? Salle Cortot. A Nevada Arts Council Teaching Artist and former Teaching Artist for Carnegie
Hall?s Weill Music Institute, Dr. Le is acclaimed for her ability to bridge classical music and storytelling
?transforming concerts into immersive experiences that connect deeply with audiences and
communities alike.

The Windmill Library opened in May 2011 in the southwest part of Las Vegas. This 30,693-square-foot, energy efficient location was built using sustainable design and construction practices, houses over 95,700 volumes, and features a 300-seat auditorium. The adjacent Service Center houses the Library District’s administrative offices, support functions, and processing center.
