Tejido!
Mending, Embroidery and Sewing Communal Workshop
Sunday, July 19
11:00am - 4:00pm
Spring Valley Library
Conference RoomTejido! is a communal textile workshop, meaning that we hold a safe space for everyone to get together, bond, and share their knowledge regardless of skill level or craft!
There are no instructors, just learning between peers. Because of that, every Tejido! is a little bit different.
We encourage everyone to bring in a project, clothes needing mending, or a machine they'd like to learn to use. Any donations are recycled within our local community and our artisans.
Everyone is welcome to join, but you must be 16+ to use a sewing machine.
The event is free and open to the public. For more information, please call 702-507-3821.
