Learn simple yet powerful practices to improve your mental health, and bring you clarity, joy, and well-being.
In this session designed by Sadhguru, a yogi, mystic, and visionary, these practices promote a balanced system and psychological well-being, help decrease stress and anxiety, and enhance mental clarity. Includes Isha Kriya, a simple 12-18 minute practice to help you become effortlessly meditative, and attain health, clarity, and joy.
Does not require previous experience with yoga and meditation, and can be done sitting in a chair.
This session is conducted by a trained instructor, after which ongoing online support will be available.
Please bring a yoga mat and a cushion.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to start the session on time.
