In this session designed by Sadhguru, a yogi, mystic, and visionary, you will learn simple yet powerful practices that stretch and activate the spine to relieve back pain, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance mental clarity, focus, and emotional balance. Does not require previous experience with yoga and meditation, and can be done sitting in a chair. This session is conducted by a trained facilitator, after which ongoing online support will be available. Please bring a yoga mat and cushion. Arrive on at least a light stomach condition, at least 1.5 hours after a meal. Walk-in welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes early to start the session on time. Free and brought to you by Isha Foundation, a non-profit aimed at bringing wellbeing to everyone through yoga and meditation. Free and open the public. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited.

The Windmill Library opened in May 2011 in the southwest part of Las Vegas. This 30,693-square-foot, energy efficient location was built using sustainable design and construction practices, houses over 95,700 volumes, and features a 300-seat auditorium. The adjacent Service Center houses the Library District’s administrative offices, support functions, and processing center.
