Join us for an exciting event where youth ages 9 to 12 years old will learn about the "Hidden Figures" of NASA, and make a paper rocket!
Let's learn about the "Hidden Figures" Dorothy Vaughan, Katherine Johnson, Mary Jackson, and Christine Darden, and their significance to NASA, as well as Black American history. Youth will also get the chance to design and build their own paper rockets' distance traveled and how it correlates to nose cone length!
Free and open to the public. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited. Tickets will be available at 2:30 p.m. at the Enterprise Information Desk. For more information call, 702.507.3764.

The Enterprise Library, built in 1996, is a 26,300-square-foot building located just south of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Serving customers from the Enterprise Township and the southwestern part of Las Vegas, this library houses a collection of over 70,000 volumes and features the Cox Teen STEAM Lab, which offers free access to technology equipment and educational programming for local youth.
