Come to see Sam Wilson, the new Captain America, as he finds himself in the middle of an international incident and must uncover the motive behind a nefarious global plan.
Some time after the events of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Sam Wilson has now fully embraced his title as the new Captain America. Now Sam is summoned to the White House as the new president Ross wants to work with him on rebuilding the Avengers. But trouble ensues when Sam's friend Isaiah Bradley uncontrollably tries to assassinate the president and is framed for the attempt. Now Sam and his partner Joaquin Torres must race against time to uncover the true culprit and foil an evil plot that unwittingly involves President Ross.

The Windmill Library opened in May 2011 in the southwest part of Las Vegas. This 30,693-square-foot, energy efficient location was built using sustainable design and construction practices, houses over 95,700 volumes, and features a 300-seat auditorium. The adjacent Service Center houses the Library District’s administrative offices, support functions, and processing center.
