Escape the hustle of the holiday season and spend an hour rejuvenating your mind, body and soul during these sound bath sessions designed to relax, restore and get you ready to conquer the holidays!
Certified vibrational sound therapy practitioner JaeAna Bernhardt will use singing bowls, chimes, bells, and other instruments to bring each participant to a place of ultimate relaxation.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, floor mat, or anything that will support you in feeling comfortable lying on the floor. Chairs will also be available for those who choose to sit.
Doors will be closed at the start and no late entry will be allowed.

Originally operating out of a storefront on Brush Street, the West Charleston Library opened in its current location in January 1993. This 38,900-square-foot building is located on the northeast corner of the College of Southern Nevada’s Charleston Campus. This location, which features a Digital Memory Preservation Lab, serves its student population and residents with over 67,000 volumes and features a 276-seat lecture hall.
