Each quarter, we’ll feature a new title for discussion paired with mocktails that are just as lively as the stories themselves. Whether you bring your buddies or are looking to meet new literary enthusiasts, prepare for an after-hours experience where Nevada's tales and tantalizing mocktails create unforgettable connections.

This is a story about families' the ones we have and the ones we make. It's a story about America today, where so many cultures and points of view collide and coexist. We Are Called to Rise challenges us to think about our responsibilities to each other and reminds us that no matter how cruel life can be in a given moment, it is ultimately beautiful to live, and live fully.
A variety of mocktails will be provided to include Ginger Lime Mule, Lime Margarita, Grapefruit Paloma, and Watermelon Mojito.
Register early as space is limited. Free and open to the public. Must be 18 years or over to attend.
A limited number of books are available for checkout at the Centennial Hills Library Multiservices Desk after registering. Digital editions may also be available through our catalog.

The 45,555-square-foot, LEED certified gold Centennial Hills Library opened in January 2009 and is built on a seven-acre site in the northwest area of Las Vegas, adjacent to Centennial Hills Park. This bustling library houses nearly 110,000 volumes, features a Homework Help and Homeschool Center, and shares a building with the Library District’s Distribution Center, a storage, and overflow facility.
