Meeting RoomLearn tips for writing about mental health while taking care of yourself and ensuring those you love are not reduced to their struggles.
We often shy away from writing about mental health because we don't know how to do so while showing ourselves and others grace. We're afraid of the stigma that can attach itself to the topic, and what writing about such struggles may trigger inside of us. This workshop is designed to offer tips for writing about mental health while taking care of yourself and ensuring those you love are not reduced to their struggles.

Designed by HAS Architects, the Rainbow Library originally opened as a storefront in 1985. In March 1994, the library moved to its present 26,800-square-foot facility. Located northwest in the city, just off I-95, this location serves its active residents with over 70,300 volumes and features an outdoor amphitheater.
