Join us at the Centennial Hills Library to discover a world that awakens when the sun goes down. Who are these wild night dwellers? Learn about the unique adaptations, ecological significance, and conservation challenges faced by the nocturnal animals that call our desert home.

The 45,555-square-foot, LEED certified gold Centennial Hills Library opened in January 2009 and is built on a seven-acre site in the northwest area of Las Vegas, adjacent to Centennial Hills Park. This bustling library houses nearly 110,000 volumes, features a Homework Help and Homeschool Center, and shares a building with the Library District’s Distribution Center, a storage, and overflow facility.
