Whitney Library
Conference RoomLearn tips for writing about mental health while taking care of yourself and ensuring those you love are not reduced to their struggles.
We often shy away from writing about mental health because we don't know how to do so while showing ourselves and others grace. We're afraid of the stigma that can attach itself to the topic, and what writing about such struggles may trigger inside of us. No registration required.
This workshop is designed to offer tips for writing about mental health while taking care of yourself and ensuring those you love are not reduced to their struggles.
