Connect with your body through dance! Focused on self-love and personal expression, join us in this supportive and empowering environment to find joy in movement!
Led by Janet Mona, a first-generation Iranian-American singer, songwriter, and dancer, this workshop is designed to help participants connect with their bodies through dance in a supportive and empowering environment. Focused on self-love and personal expression, this beginner-friendly class encourages individuals to break through self-doubt and embrace movement without fear or judgment. Janet believes that everyone can dance, but often, internal barriers hold us back. With thoughtful guidance, she aims to help participants build confidence, find joy in movement, and develop a deeper connection with themselves through dance.
Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
