Cultivate Academics provides a flexible, values-driven approach to guide students through high school with clarity and purpose, to master the common application and writing authentic college essays.
Workshop Purpose:
- Guide students through completing the Common Application accurately and strategically.
- Demonstrate how each section of the application can be used to highlight a student’s strengths.
- Show how college essays and supplemental responses connect to and enhance the overall Common App.
- Help students craft personal and supplemental essays that reveal character, voice, and college 'fit.'

One of the Library District’s largest branches at 122,000-square-feet, the Sahara West Library opened in January 1997 under the architectural design of Meyer, Scherer & Rockcastle, Ltd of Minneapolis and local architectural firm, Tate & Snyder. This location serves residents with its 159,000 volumes, has two art galleries, and features an EmployNV Business Hub, which provides resources for employers to recover and grow their businesses.
