Join us for a mash-up of Family Storytime and Paint Night!
Staff will be reading a Summer Challenge-themed story while caregivers and kids paint whatever the book inspires.
We'll be providing the watercolors, paper, and brushes, and give tips for starting conversations and asking questions about the creations your kids create. These stories are longer and are comparable to our Family Storytime readings.
This event is intended for caregivers and children seated at the same table, creating together, and sharing what they've created. Staff will not be teaching a painting, but will be on hand to offer tips and techniques if requested.
This event requests registration for caregiver and their children.
Space is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for registration, followed by walk-ins on the day of the event. For questions, please call the Library at 702.879.3845.
