Conference RoomKealoha is Hawai'i's first Poet Laureate Emeritus. As an internationally acclaimed poet and storyteller, he has performed throughout the world.
His touring series, called "Stylistic Elements," exposes students to performance poetry, gives them a hands-on writing experience, and inspires them to find their own poetic voice. The content and language level of Stylistic Elements is tailored from class to class in order to match the age group and learning needs of the students.

Minutes away from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, the Spring Valley Library originally opened in 1988 under the architectural design of Gary Congdon. Newly remodeled, this 25,645-sqaure-foot library houses nearly 58,000 volumes and serves a wide range of diverse populations.
