Science and stories collide in this all-new, interactive STEAM show!

Science and stories collide in this all-new, interactive STEAM show! Join us on a treasure-hunting adventure deep within the jungle! The audience helps the performer act out the tale, as we use the events in the story to explore several exciting science concepts such as air pressure, energy transfer, physical vs. chemical changes, and more!

Free and open to the public. Intended for children in grades K-5 and their families and caretakers. Attendance counts as a Summer Challenge learning activity. Seating is limited and tickets may be required. For more information, please call the library branch at 702.507.3900.

About the branch

The Sunrise Library, a 22,900-square-foot building, is located on the east side of the Las Vegas Valley near Sunrise Mountain and close to Nellis Air Force Base. Serving its many residents since October 1987, this library features 53,500 volumes and serves a dense student population with several schools within its service area.
