Yoga for kids!

Join Christy with OneOmLight, LLC for a yoga class that focus on: enhancing concentration & memory, increasing body awareness & mindfulness, and improving body strength & flexibility—all in an open & accepting atmosphere! Yoga mats will be provided, though you are free to bring your own. Ages 6 to 11.

**Registration is required and begins online December 26. Note: Registration is per child; each child must be registered and must be 6 to 11 years old. Please call 702.507.3644 for more information.**
