iPhone Essentials for Beginners is a swift comprehensive 60-minute crash course tailored for individuals new to Apple smartphones. Starting with a welcoming introduction covering a brief history of the iPhone, participants will be taught hardware nuances, initial device setup and creating their personal Apple ID. With a focus on navigation, Home Screen organization, essential gestures, and accessing vital functions through the Control Center and Notification Center. Essential settings and communication tools that will be covered are as follows; Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections, call handling, text messages and FaceTime calls. Wrapping up with quick tips and tricks for harnessing Siri and an interactive Q&A. Originally operating out of a storefront on Brush Street, the West Charleston Library opened in its current location in January 1993. This 38,900-square-foot building is located on the northeast corner of the College of Southern Nevada’s Charleston Campus. This location, which features a Digital Memory Preservation Lab, serves its student population and residents with over 67,000 volumes and features a 276-seat lecture hall.
