The Federal Highway Administration invites you to participate in a public meeting to discuss and gather your valuable feedback on the transportation planning process for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada.

Your input is essential in shaping the future of our community's transportation system. We look forward to hearing your perspectives and working together to enhance our region's mobility.

About the branch

Designed by HAS Architects, the Rainbow Library originally opened as a storefront in 1985. In March 1994, the library moved to its present 26,800-square-foot facility. Located northwest in the city, just off I-95, this location serves its active residents with over 70,300 volumes and features an outdoor amphitheater.
