Join certified vibrational sound therapy practitioner JaeAna Bernhardt for one or all of these small-group restorative and calming sound bath sessions.
JaeAna will use singing bowls, chimes, bells and other instruments to bring each participant to a place of ultimate relaxation. The sounds soothe the nervous system which helps to bring calmness and relaxation to the mind and body.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, floor mat, or anything that will support you in feeling comfortable laying on the floor. Chairs will also be available for those who choose to sit. Doors will be closed at the start and no late entry will be allowed.

Originally operating out of a storefront on Brush Street, the West Charleston Library opened in its current location in January 1993. This 38,900-square-foot building is located on the northeast corner of the College of Southern Nevada’s Charleston Campus. This location, which features a Digital Memory Preservation Lab, serves its student population and residents with over 67,000 volumes and features a 276-seat lecture hall.
