AuditoriumThree Masters, among the most popular at Maui's renowned Slack Key Show share Hawai'i's unique "slack key" open tuning folk styles, with roots in the 19th century paniolo culture.
Four time Grammy winner, slack key guitar master George Kahumoku Jr, National Heritage Fellow Led Kaapana, whose picking style of slack key guitar is unrivaled, and Jeff Peterson, an award-winning guitar virtuoso of the next generation. Together they share Hawai‘i’s unique slack key (open tuning) guitar styles and songs that trace their roots to the paniolos (Hawaiian cowboys), along with delightful stories of Hawai‘i and their lives in music.

The Windmill Library opened in May 2011 in the southwest part of Las Vegas. This 30,693-square-foot, energy efficient location was built using sustainable design and construction practices, houses over 95,700 volumes, and features a 300-seat auditorium. The adjacent Service Center houses the Library District’s administrative offices, support functions, and processing center.
