Intro to Machine Sewing and Safety

This is the required first class for use of library district sewing machines. Registration is required.
Learn sewing safety, basic machine parts, threading the machine, winding a bobbin, and setting the machine for basic stiches.
This class is required for use of Library District sewing machines and for further library sewing classes and projects.
Registration is required. Call or stop by the Laughlin Library to register. Space is limited.

After operating out of a storefront since 1987, the Laughlin Library moved into its existing 15,562-square-foot building in April 1994. This beautiful library, which overlooks the community it serves, houses over 25,000 volumes, and includes special collections on the history of Laughlin, gaming, and the Mojave Desert.
