Large Conference Room, Paul C. Blau TheatreJoin us at the Clark County Library for our spooky Haunted House and Tables of Treats! Trick or treating, face-painting, cotton candy, and more await! For children of all ages and their families!
The event will take place from 5PM-7PM in the Theater Area on the Second (Main) Floor.
The Paul C. Blau Theater will feature the Haunted House and the Large Conference Room will host the Tables of Treats area.
Community Partner organizations will be on hand to distribute candy as well as information about community services offered.
The Community Partner organizations that will be in attendance include: Clark County Parks & Recreation, The Harbor, Las Vegas Fire and Rescue, Learn With Socrates, Lion Habitat Ranch, The Mob Museum, NPHY, NV PEP, Rise Academy, UNLV Early Outreach, UNR Extension, and WYLEES Academy
Las Vegas Fire and Rescue will have one of their Fire Engines on-hand for children to get an up close look!
There will also be face-painting and cotton candy for children attending the program.
Wear your most spooky (and library appropriate) costume!
This is a family event and adults must be accompanied by a child in order to attend.

Originally opening in 1966 as a three-room library within the Airport Annex building, the Clark County Library moved in 1967 to a storefront. In 1971, the library moved again to its current location using deeded land from the County and with money awarded by the Max C. Fleishman Foundation. The building went on to have two remodels: one completed in 1986, and the second completed in 1994, which resulted in the three-story, 120,000-square-foot building it is today. This redesign notably included a 399-seat theater and an 80-seat black box theater/dance studio. The Library District also added the Best Buy Teen Tech Center, which provides a place for teens to explore and master new technologies and digital skills.
