Multipurpose RoomInternationally celebrated musical artist Michael Nigro returns for a series of classical guitar concerts in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month!
Mr. Nigro has performed across the Unites States and abroad, playing concerts in the Philippines, Argentina, Chile, France, Greece and Bulgaria. He has also given concerts and master classes for numerous universities, performing arts centers, church concert series, guitar societies, libraries, and museums, including Auditorio Juan Victoria in San Juan, Argentina, Salon Parroquial-Concierto’s “El Rincon” in Villa-General Belgrano, Argentina, and the Ventura County, Colorado Springs, Sacramento, Bloomington, Jefferson, Knoxville, and Portland Guitar Societies.
His discography spans five albums, including his debut CD, “Homage to Piazzolla,” which received critical acclaim from the American Record Guide and Classical Guitar Magazine, while his second recording, “Guitar Sudamericana,” features compositions by José Luis Merlin, Jorge Morel, Eduardo Falú, Antonio Lauro and Villa-Lobos. Most recently, “A Journey through Latin America,” features compositions by Gentil Montaña, Isaac Albéniz, Francisco Tárrega, and José Luis Merlin.
As a supporter of chamber music with guitar, Mr. Nigro collaborated on two albums with flute and guitar: “Between Flute and Guitar” and “As in Dreams…Reflections for Flute and Guitar” which features the premiere recording of a new composition by José Luis Merlin titled, “Agua del Trapiche.”

The Enterprise Library, built in 1996, is a 26,300-square-foot building located just south of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Serving customers from the Enterprise Township and the southwestern part of Las Vegas, this library houses a collection of over 70,000 volumes and features the Cox Teen STEAM Lab, which offers free access to technology equipment and educational programming for local youth.
