Cultivate Academics provides a flexible approach to guide students through high school with clarity and purpose to maximize college funding through FAFSA, CSS profile, and scholarship strategies.
Workshop Purpose:
- Educate students and families on all major forms of college financial aid.
- Provide hands-on guidance for FAFSA and CSS Profile completion.
- Explore reputable scholarship search platforms and tools.
- Identify scholarships available from institutions, employers, and community organizations.
- Introduce specialized programs for underserved populations.
- Discuss Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) tuition benefits.

One of the Library District’s largest branches at 122,000-square-feet, the Sahara West Library opened in January 1997 under the architectural design of Meyer, Scherer & Rockcastle, Ltd of Minneapolis and local architectural firm, Tate & Snyder. This location serves residents with its 159,000 volumes, has two art galleries, and features an EmployNV Business Hub, which provides resources for employers to recover and grow their businesses.
