Join us for a unique class where ancient healing arts meet gentle music. Through the graceful practices of Qigong and Tai Chi, you'll cultivate balance, inner peace, and flowing energy.
Help us welcome the Shaolin Tai Chi Heritage Center as they lead you through some introductory Tai Chi and Qigong.
Shifu Chang Yuan will lead you through simple movements, while BeeLee Young plays the Guqin, a seven-string plucked ancient Chinese musical instrument.
Through the graceful practices of Qigong and Tai Chi, we will learn the principles of these arts and how to bring calmness into our everyday lives.
As you move with intention, the timeless melodies of the Guqin will guide you into a deeper calm and connection.
No experience necessary, just bring your breath, your presence, and a willingness to move gently.

The Windmill Library opened in May 2011 in the southwest part of Las Vegas. This 30,693-square-foot, energy efficient location was built using sustainable design and construction practices, houses over 95,700 volumes, and features a 300-seat auditorium. The adjacent Service Center houses the Library District’s administrative offices, support functions, and processing center.
