Fall in love with the works of William Shakespeare! Join Nevada Shakespeare Festival to explore learning and practicing Shakespeare's text in a fun, loving, supportive, group environment. All reading and acting skill levels are welcome. Shakespeare's monologues can be memorized or read from the page. Either way - everyone will dive into the text together and make the words come alive!
This introductory Shakespeare experience is an open call to all who are interested in learning, playing, acting, and discovering the works of William Shakespeare. Learning the skills and understanding of how to transform Shakespeare’s language to life is great training for all actors and public speakers in every environment.
Memorized or not, we're ready to help you tackle any Shakespeare monologue and bring your performance to life. Come to learn or just observe.

The Windmill Library opened in May 2011 in the southwest part of Las Vegas. This 30,693-square-foot, energy efficient location was built using sustainable design and construction practices, houses over 95,700 volumes, and features a 300-seat auditorium. The adjacent Service Center houses the Library District’s administrative offices, support functions, and processing center.
