Boost your reading skills while making a new four-legged friend!
Help your little one grow into a confident reader with the help of a furry friend! In this heartwarming library program, children under 7 can practice reading aloud to a gentle, specially trained dog who loves to listen. With no pressure and plenty of tail wags, kids build reading skills, boost confidence, and discover that reading can be fun. It’s a calm, supportive space where stories are shared, confidence grows, and every reader shines.
Free and open to the public. Supplies are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, please call 702.507.4015.
