This 6-week program encourages positive-parent child interaction and learning through creative play. It also promotes children’s school readiness skills. Each week emphasizes a Nevada Pre-Kindergarten standard.
Lessons include Visual Arts, Physical Development, Music & Movement, Language & Early Literacy, Health & Safety, Mathematics, Science & Social & Emotional.
For families with children ages 3-5. Free and open to the public, however registration is required. Limit 7 families. Please call 702.507.4301 for more information.

The Blue Diamond Library was opened in 1970 in a small trailer purchased with a Federal Library Grant. In 1989, a local Blue Diamond resident began construction on a new 1,000-square-foot library, which opened in 1992. It now houses over 5,000 volumes and serves the 200 residents of Blue Diamond and Red Rock Township.
