This relaxed, welcoming program is open to adults of all skill levels who enjoy working with yarn, thread, and fabric. Whether you crochet, knit, embroider, latch hook, punch needle, or cross-stitch, you’re invited to bring your current project and enjoy an afternoon of crafting and conversation.
This program is intended to provide a friendly, supportive space to create and connect. No formal instruction or teaching is provided but encouraged to share tips, techniques, get inspiration, or simply unwind in good company.

Free and open to the public for adults 18 and up. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited.

The Windmill Library opened in May 2011 in the southwest part of Las Vegas. This 30,693-square-foot, energy efficient location was built using sustainable design and construction practices, houses over 95,700 volumes, and features a 300-seat auditorium. The adjacent Service Center houses the Library District’s administrative offices, support functions, and processing center.
