A showcase of excellence in Latin culture featuring Mexican, Haitian, and Guatemalan art. This is a curated exhibit of pieces from the collections of Summerlin residents, including favorite pieces from several neighbors in Cottonwood Terrace who cherish fine arts and education. Noted artists include Antonio Vasquez, Elizabeth Catlett, and Dr. Venetta Whitaker.

Opened in August 1993, the Summerlin Library is located on six-acres of donated land by the Howard Hughes Corporation. This 40,165-square-foot library houses 59,200 volumes and features a 291-seat proscenium theater complete with an orchestra pit and fly loft.
