Celebrate Native American Heritage Month during this inspirational flute, song and dance program presented by Shelley Morningsong (N. Cheyenne) and Fabian Fontenelle (Zuni/Omaha).
Shelley is a magical singer, songwriter, Grammy member, ASCAP member, painter, photographer, and award winner, including the 2019 Native American Music Awards Artist of the Year. Shelley’s husband and musical partner Fabian Fontenelle adds a profound element to their performance with his traditional Northern Plains style dancing, storytelling, and drumming. Fabian dances in the Northern Plains style to also bring honor to his Omaha family and people.
Together they inspire education, peace, love, and unity among all through their music, stories, and dance!
