Guide dogs and other service animals are amazing! Learn about who they are, how they’re trained, how to interact with them, and meet guide dog puppies being raised right here in Las Vegas! Free and open to the public. Space is limited for all Centennial Hills Library programs. The 45,555-square-foot, LEED certified gold Centennial Hills Library opened in January 2009 and is built on a seven-acre site in the northwest area of Las Vegas, adjacent to Centennial Hills Park. This bustling library houses nearly 110,000 volumes, features a Homework Help and Homeschool Center, and shares a building with the Library District’s Distribution Center, a storage, and overflow facility.
