Decoden goes great on hard surfaces, such as phone cases, picture frames, container lids, etc. Bring your own item to decorate, or decorate the picture frame or jar lid we provide. Supplies are limited and on a first come, first served basis.
Participants may need to pick up their creations after 24 hours to allow time for drying.

Designed by HAS Architects, the Rainbow Library originally opened as a storefront in 1985. In March 1994, the library moved to its present 26,800-square-foot facility. Located northwest in the city, just off I-95, this location serves its active residents with over 70,300 volumes and features an outdoor amphitheater.
