The group pulls from various unexpected strains of inspiration. From Frank Ocean to Slowdive and Steely Dan, this Las Vegas-based five-piece band has been making innovative and heartfelt emo-tinged indie rock since they first got together in 2019. On their sophomore record, they’re weaving their multigenerational and multi-genre influences into a bold new sound that balances the subtleties of subtextual songwriting with moments of emotional explosiveness.

The Windmill Library opened in May 2011 in the southwest part of Las Vegas. This 30,693-square-foot, energy efficient location was built using sustainable design and construction practices, houses over 95,700 volumes, and features a 300-seat auditorium. The adjacent Service Center houses the Library District’s administrative offices, support functions, and processing center.
