Listen to the sounds shaped by a lifetime around the world.
King Ibu is a once-in-a-generation artist whose life reads like a legend. Born in Podor, Senegal, he rose to become Valedictorian of the most prestigious Army Academy in French West Africa, later serving as a Cavalry Officer—a rare honor that forged his discipline, charisma, and commanding stage presence.
His journey spans continents and industries:
His music has been featured in Hollywood cinema.
He performed live with Carlos Santana at The Joint in Las Vegas.
He led teams for decades in corporate America, mastering executive leadership and cross-cultural communication.
And now, he is channeling it all into a performance near you at The Library District!
