Join us for a casual conversation between military veterans and high school students to learn about workforce development opportunities in the military and how to apply for an ROTC scholarship.
Welcome remarks: Kelvin Watson, The Library District's Executive Director.
Representatives from Embry Riddle's Navy ROTC, UNLV's Air Force ROTC, and local Army ROTC will be on-site to present information regarding military college scholarship opportunities.
Free and open to the public. Seating is first-come, first-served. Registration is encouraged.

The Windmill Library opened in May 2011 in the southwest part of Las Vegas. This 30,693-square-foot, energy efficient location was built using sustainable design and construction practices, houses over 95,700 volumes, and features a 300-seat auditorium. The adjacent Service Center houses the Library District’s administrative offices, support functions, and processing center.
