Synchrony Quartet is a Chicago-based saxophone quartet dedicated to contemporary music and collaboration with composers and local arts communities. Formed in Taimur Sullivan’s studio, the ensemble has quickly gained national recognition, earning top prizes at the MTNA Chamber Music Competition, North American Saxophone Alliance Quartet Competition, and the Coltman National Chamber Music Competition.
Committed to expanding the repertoire, Synchrony premieres new works and creates original arrangements across a wide range of styles. The quartet maintains a residency at Clara in Chicago and performs nationwide, with recent appearances at the International Navy Band Saxophone Symposium and leading universities.
Synchrony Quartet is comprised of Philip Kleutgens (soprano saxophone), Hudson O’Reilly (alto saxophone), Matthew Johnson (tenor saxophone), and Haven Kahn (baritone saxophone).

One of the Library District’s largest branches at 122,000-square-feet, the Sahara West Library opened in January 1997 under the architectural design of Meyer, Scherer & Rockcastle, Ltd of Minneapolis and local architectural firm, Tate & Snyder. This location serves residents with its 159,000 volumes, has two art galleries, and features an EmployNV Business Hub, which provides resources for employers to recover and grow their businesses.
