Free offerings of simple yet powerful traditional yoga postures and meditation practices to bring stability and balance to your system. Helps relieve chronic ailments and stress, for health, clarity, and joy. Great for all abilities and can be done sitting in a chair; no previous experience of yoga or meditation necessary. Brought to you by Isha Foundation, a non-profit aimed at bringing wellbeing to everyone through traditional yoga and meditation.
Sessions are conducted by a trained facilitator, after which ongoing online support will be available. Please bring a yoga mat and cushion. Arrive at least 1.5 hours after a meal, on a light stomach condition.
