Learn the history of collage art and turn your family photos, letters, artwork, and mementos into a collage keepsake.
Whether it’s a ticket from a trip to a theme park or photos from high school graduation, memories on paper have contexts. Participants should bring copies of personal documents that can be cut, glued, drawn, or painted on. Please do not bring original materials as you will be physically altering them during the collage-making process.
The class will be led by Jeannie Hua who graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and has had work shown in NYC and Chicago.
Co-sponsored by Nevada Humanities.
Free and open to the public. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited. For more information, please call 702.507.3863.
