Join us for a unique, mess-free art therapy workshop with LV Yoga Therapy creating a layered Chakra Energy Collage, exploring self-expression and balance through creativity and mindfulness.
Treat yourself to an interactive, no-mess art therapy session where participants will explore the seven chakras through breathwork, guided meditation, and creative expression.
Attendees will build a layered Chakra Energy Collage using construction paper and simple cut-out shapes, visually representing their personal energy flow from root to crown.
This workshop is perfect for those seeking self-discovery, relaxation, and creative mindfulness in a supportive and engaging environment.
No prior experience is needed. All supplies are included.

The Windmill Library opened in May 2011 in the southwest part of Las Vegas. This 30,693-square-foot, energy efficient location was built using sustainable design and construction practices, houses over 95,700 volumes, and features a 300-seat auditorium. The adjacent Service Center houses the Library District’s administrative offices, support functions, and processing center.
