An original music project created by drummer and percussionist Jose Pepe Jimenez in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.
Through the unique musical stylings of The Groove Culture Band, Jose merges the folkloric rhythms and harmonies of Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and other Hispanic-American countries with funk, jazz, and rock, using musicians from diverse cultures and backgrounds. The performance is designed to take the audience on an imaginary voyage full of emotions, making each concert a very unique experience.
Jose's music career spans several decades and he is honored to have played with numerous legends including Santana, Lady Gaga, The Lion King, Cirque du Soleil, Marie Osmond, Raiders House Band, Bruno Mars and others.
Free and open to the public. Seating is first come, first served and may be limited. For more information, please call 702.507.3964.
