All the fun of playing in the snow, plus the comfort of sitting in front of the fireplace! We'll have an indoor snowball toss, snowflake making, face painting, plus hot chocolate and snacks.
Everyone loves playing in the snow... until your socks get wet! Come join us on Mount Charleston for the Snow Daze Festival, where we can enjoy the beauty of winter while playing with (fake) snowballs and staying warm!
We will have an indoor snowball toss where you can win prizes, winter-themed face-painting, and a snowflake craft table, where you can learn all about the wonders of radial symmetry. We will also have plenty of hot chocolate, snacks, and giveaways for attendees of all ages.
Will this lovely festival devolve into an indoor snowball fight? It's a distinct possibility.
NOTE: If you plan to enjoy the outdoor snow (brr!), please make sure you bring appropriate clothing and shoes. And while we do encourage throwing (fake) snowballs inside the library, no actual snow play is allowed on library property.
Free and open to the public. Seating and giveaways are first come, first served and may be limited. Please call 702.872.5585 for more information.
